The Villa

Open, Light and Bright.  Living Room with abundant seating flows to dining room, kitchen, game area with foosball table, and Outdoor Living Space.  Chef's kitchen is complete with all the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to prepare meals for 10.  The covered outdoor living space provides plenty of room to grill, mix/mingle or sit and watch the Aggies win on the large screen TV.  Follow the lighted flagstone path to play corn hole and enjoy the backyard fire pit.  WiFi throughout including two access points.  

The West Side of Home includes a primary suite with spa like bath:  walk-in shower, dual shower heads, double vanities, sitting area and workspace.  Three secondary bedrooms:  two bedrooms with queens, one with pair of twins are adjacent to the primary suite.  The oversized hall bath with double vanities is adjacent to these bedrooms.

East Side of Home - A powder bath is just around the corner from the kitchen and breakfast nook.  Follow the hallway to enjoy a private suite with king size bed, large walk-in shower, dual shower heads, double vanities, sitting area and workspace.
